FREE THE ND88 MISSION:
It is our fervent hope that the University of Notre Dame will decide to drop the criminal trespass charges that have been pending against the eighty-eight defendants who “dared” to venture onto Notre Dame’s campus last Spring , to bear peaceful, prayerful witness to the sanctity of all human life, from conception to natural death on the day President Obama spoke at the 2009 Notre Dame Commencement and was awarded an honorary degree by the University.

UPDATE ON RICK DUGAN AND TONY PUCKETT

RICK DUGAN WAS RELEASED EARLIER THAN STATED!
HE WAS RELEASED THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY!
PLEASE KEEP RICK IN YOUR PRAYERS AND TONY PUCKETT ALSO. HIS CASE IS ON APPEAL.

RICK DUGAN
In November, Rick was picked up by Federal agents in Tennessee and taken to Alabama, then to Atlanta, and to Oklahoma. Finally, he was taken to the federal courts in Manhattan. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days. It’s an unjust penalty for a just action of peacefully attempting to protect and witness to life by standing on a sidewalk outside the national headquarters of Planned Parenthood. He is going to be released sometime in the middle of January.
Right now Rick is in Des Moines, IA serving his 90 days. He would appreciate receiving some letters. Please send letter to Register number 70770054 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Richard Dugan, PO Box 474701, Des Moines, IA 50947-0001.

TONY PUCKETT
Tony was also found guilty in a different hearing the beginning of November. He was sentenced to 30 days but he has decided to appeal and is waiting for his next hearing.

UPDATE ON TONY AND RICK!!
Tony and Rick have their trial on October 12th.
They both may get sentenced 6 months in a federal prison
for defending life!! They could also get a very large fine. Please pray for them so they are acquitted of these unjust charges.

TONY AND RICK

Non-violent Rescuers the first sentenced in New York under 1994 Federal
Provision on June 10

(Press Release from the Order of Mercy at Gethsemane)

For the first time since its inception federal prosecutors invoked the FACE regulation illegally passed by Congress in 1994 to secure the conviction of two non-violent protesters on April 27 before Judge Robert Sweet. The two are to be sentenced by Judge Sweet this Thursday, June 10, at 4.30pm at 500 Pearl Street in Foley Square.

On December 12, 2009 Tony Puckett and Rick Dugan sat in front of the Planned Parenthood Extermination Camp on Bleecker Street in Manhattan for the third rescue attempt made there last year, in order to dissuade mothers from turning their children over to the abortionists inside.  As the morning proceeded, the men were eventually arrested by the New York City police department, but federal agents took charge of the case and brought the two to trial and conviction.

Affiliated with the Order of Mercy at Gethsemane, which denies the
legitimacy of courts to protect mass murder, both Puckett and Dugan
refused to defend themselves in court. Puckett dismissed the
proceedings as an obvious “farce,” whereas Dugan insisted on the
court’s obligation to “dismiss the case” since Planned Parenthood is
“there to kill babies and we were stopping that,” which action is not
illegal according to international law as recognized at the Nuremberg
trials after World War II.

The rescuers are subject to six month imprisonment and fines. If
imprisoned, they will begin to absorb some small measure of the
injustice inflicted on the unborn, another central precept of the
Gethsemane order.

There are also two women affiliates, Mary Wagner and Linda Gibbons, who are in jail in Canada for four rescues in Toronto in
2009 and during Holy Week this year.

“While the four are in jail, no child will die without a born ally willing to suffer injustice along with them,” a spokesman for the Gethsemane Order observed. “We thus commend them, and those for whom
they stand, to the prayers of those who pray for justice, and to those
who work for it.”

Inmate gives birth prematurely: says was placed on bread and water diet for refusing induction

(FROM MARY WAGNER'S MOM) Mary has asked me to ask all of you to pray for a fellow inmate named Eva. She recently gave birth to a baby girl, and has a parole hearing next week. She is hoping to be released to care for her baby and to be with her husband. She was imprisoned in September for impersonating a nurse (she was a nurse in Kenya but didn't have Canadian RN status). She accepts her imprisonment for her crime, but sh...e did not co-operate with the prison doctor's mandate for early induction of her baby, and was vocal about her treatment there. She has already been punished for not agreeing to the early induction (she spent weeks in solitary on apple juice and bread before delivering her 4 lb baby), but is worried that they will decide not to allow her early release because she was outspoken about her treatment. At this point she is hoping the justice system will consider the plight of her family over the need to further punish her.

Linda Gibbons spoke to me on the phone and said that she had been on the same range as Eva when she was inside, and that she had personally seen her diet sheet, which provided her with juice and bread only while in confinement for her refusal to allow an early induction
of her baby. Linda has been vocal on the outside to try to make the system aware of this abuse of power within the justice system, but we can all imagine where this has gone... nowhere indeed.
thanks in advance for your prayers,

Jane Wagner, on behalf of Mary (and Eva)
Statements about Chen and Pastor Youcef

Sarah Crank is threatened with death for saying every child deserves a mother and a father. Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani faces the death penalty in Iran for converting from Islam to Christianity. Chen Guangcheng is gravely ill following vicious beatings, home imprisonment, and separation from his family for exposing China’s vicious “one child” policy. Indeed, 3,288 babies were killed in the United States today without ever seeing the light of day, but not before making a lifelong mark on their mothers’ hearts and psyches.
